Le migliori lampade per coltivazione indoor sono senza ombra di dubbio le lampade LED per una serie di motivazioni: innanzitutto offrono alle piante uno spettro di luce completo molto simile a quello del sole, ci consentono di risparmiare molti soldi sulla bolletta della luce, hanno una durata di vita quasi illimitata, hanno una potenza davvero senza limiti, ideali per la crescita e la fioritura delle piante coltivate indoor.

Invece, se si intende spingere al massimo la produttività delle piante avremo bisogno di lampade led, lec e hps di potenza superiore (600w-1000w).

Durante la fase di crescita vegetativa, le piante coltivate indoor avranno bisogno di 18 ore al giorno di luce e 6 di buio, ovviamente ciò dipende anche dalla tipologia di piante che si intende coltivare in grow box.
